You need a piece of software which will transfer sysex messages to your BSII, make sure you backup your user presets first however, incase you accidently overwrite them, using this method:

http://global.novationmusic.com/answerbase/how-to-export-user-presets-on...

Then you can follow the instructions to load factory presets, but using the user files that you have:

Windows: http://global.novationmusic.com/answerbase/how-to-restore-the-factory-pa...

Mac: http://global.novationmusic.com/answerbase/how-to-restore-the-factory-pa...

The files that you have will either be entire preset banks, or individual presets - If they are individual presets the BS2 will hold the new uploaded preset in it's temporary memory so you can play notes etc.  then press save and put in to a slot of your choice, otherwise you will lose it.

3rd party instructions here for reference also:

You only need one piece of SysEx software by the way.
