Oscillator 2 Wonky Knob

Whenever I set my Osc 2 value to something greater than 70 it automatically goes up to 255 unless i push down on the knob, but even then it still tends to do that. It's probably a hardware thing, but my question is how would I go about fixing this? I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks!

Same here. If i push it down, it has the actual value, if not, Osc2 volume changes its value after a few seconds.

And the value of Osc 2 volume also depends on Osc1 volume. Setting Osc2 volume to 0 also set Osc2 volume to 0, pushing Osc 2 volume down lead again to a correct value.

Got my BS2 two hours ago and now i'm dissapointed, will have to send it back.

Any idea or solution?

Hi guys,

Sorry to hear about the issues occuring with the encoders but more than happy to help. Please check that the unit is running the latest firmware version by downloading/installing the Librarian Software from the following link (if not done so already):

If the issue still occurs after applying any updates, please contact us through the following link:
