I'm trying to get the faders on my Impulse 49 to work with Reason 8.2 (Windows). This was working up until a day ago. I don't recall making any changes, but now I'm not able to control the Reason mixer with the faders on my Impulse.
Incase this was something I did and set some setting I wasn't aware that I had changed, I
1) performed a factory reset on my Impulse
2) deleted the three Novation control surface devices in Reason (Novation AutoMap Control, Novation AutoMap Keyboard, Novation AutoMap Mixer)
3) Ran through the Reason Automap config wizard (which when done, recreated the Control, Keyboard, and Mixer control devices in Reason again)
4) Closed Reason, and restarted my machine
I then ran Reason, right-click on the mixer and selected "Lock Novaton AutoMap mixer to this device"
On the left of the faders on my Impulse, the Mixer button is lit, and on the left of the rotary dials on my Impulse, both the Plugin and MIDI buttons are lit.
Moving the master fader on the Impulse now has no effect on Reason.
I then added a synth, which gets assigned to track 1.
Moving the fader #1 (on the Impulse) also doesn't have any effect on the fader for the synth track (track #1).
Pressing the #1 mute or the #1 solo also doesn't have any effect.
I've gone through a lot of troubleshooting but can't seem to resolve the issue. This was working up until yesterday. I don't recall making any changes to either the Impulse, AutoMap, or Reason's control surface settings, so I don't know what's going wrong here.
Thanks for any help,
