Launchkey 25 not recognized

Hi, so it's been like a year and a half since I bought my launchkey 25 (I know, nothing fancy, but it kinda does the job for me) and I've been using it with my laptop since then. Recently, I bought a new PC, I installed Fl studio, everything is the same it was on the laptop. Except launchkey doesn't get recognized by Windows and doesn't show up in the 'midi' section. I tried to solve this by reinstalling USB drivers, but that helps only one-time. What I mean by that is, launchkey shows up and works just fine, but after unplugging/switching off the PC, the problem is back and it takes several reinstallations to get it working again, which understandably really annoys me. I'm running win 7 btw. Has anyone had a similar problem? please help!

Sorry, maybe I'm just real dumb, but I can't find the address. There's something about a form below, but all I found is some kind of search engine :/

You pick your product, then what your query/problem is, then click 'look for an answer'.

After you've done that and none of the help articles suggested help you, just fill in the rest of the form and it will go off to Novation support as a help ticket.
