How to record Mininova?

Can I use a Focusrite iTrack Solo interface to record my mininova sounds?

It would work. However it looks like it has a single mono input - perfect for plugging a guitar in, but your MiniNova has stereo outputs. If you only want Mono, then looks fine.

I'd seek an interface than has Left/Right inputs.

I didn't think you can could get a stereo-in on ipads,  I've looked before and they all seem to be mono inputs.  Completely missed that focusrite unit!

It's a shame they didn't just put 2x line ins on the back, as you're right you're limited to a single channel otherwise.

If you don't need the mic/guitar ports you could save some money and just get someting like the iRig, which is a line-in for the ipad.

But the focusrite box will no doubt sound better and give you more control.
