Any news on the new USB driver for OSX Mavericks use?

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone is aware of when the driver issue for the Twitch with use on Mavericks will be resolved and a new driver available for download?

I have two Macbook pros, one of which I've upgraded, one not.  I'd really prefer to get them both using Mavericks as soon as possible.

If anyone can help then much appreciated.

Since the update to Mavericks, many of our USB 1.1 devices have reported issues.  We are looking into what is causing the issues at this time, but haven't been able to reproduce them all!
We're working on finding the causes of some of these issues and will release an update as soon as we can!
Best,
Taylor.

Hey Taylor! Any new news about that??? I have a lot of issues with my Twitch and OSX 10.9. (MBP Pro 15' Mid 2010). Can you give a time frame?

No matter which program I use, it has been unstable. In addition many crashes because the CPU is constantly stressed by the Twitch. The sound suddenly consumed during the Twitch with Serato is connected, sometimes also during the sets.

Hey Taylor!

I've pursched controller last week.

Installed default .dmg installer from included CD to Maveriks.

Serato DJ and Itch both works great without any issues.

Ableton route audio without problems but crashes when i trigger any clip with Twitch button.

Otherwise mapping works fine, except all buttons works like a triggers (not ON/OFF)

Hope this help!

I owned my Twitch for about a month before it became an expensive paperweight. What makes it even worse is that I bought the Twitch to upgrade from my last peice of redundant hardward: a Torq Xponent (which they stopped making updates for altogether!!:@)

Any timeframe to see an update for Mavericks support?

All my Twitch does when I plug it in and open Itch is make popping noises!

I have a MBP with OSX 10.9 Mavericks and Serato Itch.

Help I payed 400 bucks for this thing!!!

I agree. just bought a twitch a couple weeks ago and i'm really beating myself up for wasting my money since the USB drivers don't work. And  I'm not even on 10.9, I'm on 10.85 but apparently there's a huge issue there too where the twitch doesn't recognize it's plugged in and wont turn on. It works on pc, but not mac. What a waste of money.

Have you been in touch with tech re: your USB driver issues?   I'm sure they'd be happy to help if they can.

Hey all,

Please download USB Audio Driver 2.6b2 from http://beta.novationmusic.com/releases/novation_usb_audio/

That should solve Twitch Mavericks issues!

Best,
Taylor

Hey!

Indeed that driver solved most of the Twitch Mavericks issues but now I can't prelisten tracks anymore.. I didn't change anything and after trying to fix this I still can't find any solutions. It doesn't look like a routing issue, it's more like the driver doesn't handle pre listening.. Besides I tested my twitch on W7 and it works perfectly fine!

Has anyone had the same problem on Mavericks with this driver?

Best regards,

 Pierre

Whaaaat, that's not supposed to happen...

Could you possibly get in touch with tech? Sorry for the inconvenience, but it's best if they get a picture of what's going on to cause that!

Best,
Taylor
