Converting SRate 88.2 -> 48Khz

Hey!

I'm thinking buy Twitch 'cos it seems to fit my needs for live performance.

But there are 1 thing i'm worring about.. Product specification says:

  • Outputs 24bit at sample rates of 44.1/48KHz

But me makes musik with SRate of 88.2 KHz (Ableton Live).

And i'm planning use Twitch with Ableton Live with tracks 88.2KHz and lower.

As far i know, converting audio to upper rate won't affect how it sounds, but decreasing may change it dramatically..

So, wondering what i should expect when i will play this way?

Also, is sample rate something that can be increased with further driver updates

or current controller's soundcard can't be improved with software updates?
