Live Twitch Translator

Hi !

I have some problems with Live Twitch Translator. I follow all the passages written on the "Getting start guide - Twitch for Ableton Live" but -as you can see in the uploaded images- the software doesn't recognize my twitch.

I've already disconnect my twitch, close the software and do again the steps written on the guide but I've obtained the same results every time.

I've even tryed to disinstall and install again the software but the results is the same.

That the software doesn't work as it should be is confirmed by the fact that I cannot close Live Twitch Translator from the big-red-X (it remain opaque).

Where are the problems? I need some help.

Best regards,

The red X remain grayed out in any case. You have to go to File > Exit to close the application.

Are you sure you haven't problems with your USB connection? Cause the same behaviour you're showing here, I have it when the Twitch is simply disconnected.
