Some Buttons on my Twitch Aren't Working

I've searched all over google and can't find anyone else that has had this problem:

On my Twitch, the Play and Cue buttons on the left deck don't work (but the lights do), and the all 16 of the performance buttons don't work (and the yellow lights on those buttons don't seem to be working). Everything else works fine, but it's unusable with these buttons not working.

I've tried reinstalling the driver, but they still don't work. I tried my friend's Twitch on my laptop, and his worked fine, so I know it must be a problem with the Twitch itself. I bought the Twitch used from Guitar Center about 5 or 6 months ago, and this just recently happened. I never dropped it or damaged it in any way, and there aren't any dents suggesting someone else dropped it without telling me.

So my question is, how can I get this fixed without sending it all the way to Europe to have Novation fix it? (I live in the USA)

Hey ClevelandBaller10,

You shouldn't need ot send it to Europe - it would be send to your local distributor, so in your case one of the US distributors.
Have you tried getting in touch with Guitar Center?

Best wishes,
Taylor

Yeah I've already called Guitar Center and they don't do repairs (I was surprised). I looked at Novation's distributor list before and didn't realize that you had to select the region in the top right corner, and it turns out there are two distributors in California (Still on the opposite side of the country, but better than Europe). I'll get in contact with one of those places. Do you know how long a repair like this usually takes?

Nope, I'm afraid I have no idea. Depends on how busy they are/how long the postage in your local area takes/many factors.

Sorry I can't be of more help!
