Older firmware

I've recently purched a used UltraNova. It currently has v2 firmware and touch sense isn't working.

It's also been a bit unstable, crashing on me a couple times a day.

Can someone point me to the older versions of the firmware so I can test if that fixes the touch sense and the stabilty issues? Thanks.

What's the best way to downgrade the firmware, since the installer appears to be part of the librarian?
