Novation remote zero sl mk2 ( lcd and power issues )

I have a connectivity problem on my remote zero sl mk2 ... When i try to connect to usb port nothing happend untill i hit a little bit near the screen and it start to do strange light on the buttons...and the screen become all blue with a lots of rectangles ...

I am sure that is not a software or driver problem...i changed different computers and different usb cables...
I hope that novation will give me a feedback soon because i am a novation customers and i dont want to think that they are not serious...

I live in italy and  italian customer cares support sucks...if i call them i cant just listen a robot that gave me a mail for support...and they just send me one mail to know my machine id...and then they stopped to reply me ....if your machine lcd starts to not work appropriately is your fault...it work only if i press near the screen..i tried different cables, different computers and this issues looks like a circuit problem...i didnt moved the machine from my tablework...i bought a focusrite soundcard, 2 krk speakers, 1 launchpad and 1 mininova... if i cant have a support just because i bought a second hand-machine , i will sell everything and u will lost a customer!!!

I uploaded a pic file to show my lcd screen issue

I already did ... They said: Hi,

Thank you for your email.

It's likely that your unit will need to be repaired, you have to contact MidiWare for this as they're our Italian distributor.
If you'd like, you could return the unit to us but you will have to pay shipping and return to the UK.Best regards,
I said: Midiware dont reply  to my questions....i would like to ship to us my machine...do u think that i have to pay just the shipping? Let me know how i have to do... I am starting a new project and i need this machine to play live so soon thanksq    After this they stopped to reply me again ...grrr
