Top Left Rotary Knobs Disabled in Logic 9

Hi, i just bought new ZeRO SL MkII, Everything works fine in Logic Pro 9, unless all the top left 8 Rotary knobs (those with LEDs) were not fuctioning in every mode / Group.

Example, in Mixer mode, it was default mapped as a Pan. But when i try to rotate it doesnt do anything.

Also in FX mode, same thing, not fuctioning.

I'm using Automap 4.7, i've tried to remmaped myself but still nothing happened. i revert to back it's factory default mapping also nothing happened.

Even in the Automap Edit Mapping window those rotary knobs not moving. But the small LED lights lit on each knobs

I'm lost here.. I appreciate any advices

Logic Pro 9.1.8

OSX Mavericks 10.9

Notes: Please watch this video when the guy rotate the knobs to Pan http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=UmGm2i9Jvc8#t=119

Many Thanks in advance! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

Hey Aldywaani,

I assume people are away on hilday or with their families, hence why there haven't been any replies. :)

I suggest you take your problem to our tech team via http://bit.ly/NovationSupport - they will be able to offer you a solution.

Best wishes, happy new year!
